Final Sale: All items are final sale unless otherwise noted. Each hat is made-to-order or customized, which means we cannot accept returns due to sizing or preference.

Returns and Exchanges: We do not offer returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email or contact method] with photos and details. In these cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement, at our discretion.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the production process begins and we are unable to cancel or refund.

Refunds: Refunds are not offered. Store credit may be issued in the case of damage or error on our part.
